Nirvaan, the Annual B Plan contest at IIM Lucknow, conducted by Abhiyan, the e-cell, is an initiative guided towards fostering the spirit of entrepreneurship among the younger generation of India. This year, Nirvaan would be bigger than ever before, with the cream of India's new entrepreneurs coming over to talk to the students. These are people who could have taken cushion under great jobs off campus, but chose to leave it and make a difference. Nirvaan will showcase the best of India's entrepreneurs, to let the participants get a chance to interact closely with them, to understand what goes into making India's top entrepreneurs.

     Also, for the very first time in Indian B Plans, Nirvaan would be having representatives from both a Venture Capitalist as well as a team of investors. Indiaco is an organization that funds startups in the field of nanotechnology from the start up stage. The Band of Angels, on the other hand, are a group of entrepreneurs who have taken it upon themselves to fund startups from the seed stage in order to help budding entrepreneurs. They make an appearance at IIM Lucknow with an intention of funding any idea that interests them.
