Product Innovation |
This includes any ideas for a new product/service launch by a company or a modification in an existing product/service being marketed by the company.

Process Innovation |
This includes innovations in the work processes followed by a company. It includes manufacturing process changes as well as business process changes.
|
Organizational Restructuring |
This category includes any changes in the organizational structure of companies, reporting hierarchy within an SBU and other human resource related factors.
