The summer internship for most of us is our first tryst with the corporate workplace and business problems. Each of us has a significantly different approach towards the issues involved and this is understandably a time where several innovative ideas take shape. Unfortunately, very few corporate firms have a work culture where these ideas are seriously considered and analyzed for applicability. A majority of this wealth of knowledge is wasted due to the absence of a forum where they may be gathered, channeled and considered for implementation. This is exactly what we hope to do.
Nirvaan is an opportunity for all to present their proposals for a change in the existing methodologies followed in the corporate world, as observed by them during their internships. The objective of the competition is to ensure that these ideas are analyzed and those found worthy are actually considered for implementation by companies of the concerned sector.
