Evaluation

The Entrepreneurship Cell IIM Lucknow

The applications would be screened through an elaborate process by a panel consisting of both academicians as well as eminent personalities from the corporate world. A final list of participants would be invited to IIM Lucknow to present their ideas to a panel of eminent judges.

The evaluation would be based on three parameters:

Feasibility

The idea suggested must be feasible. This in no way should discourage people from being creative. However, we suggest that the idea submitted must be considered from the perspective of implementation.

Innovativeness of the idea

The originality of the idea will definitely earn the participant extra credit.

Magnitude of benefit accrued by implementation

Finally, the magnitude of benefit that an idea is capable of creating for the company is as important as the other factors. It may not be possible to exactly compute the benefit accrued. None the less, a rough estimate of the benefit expected must be presented and the validity of the estimate will be examined in the evaluation.
